Return Policy

Full Priced Clothing, Shoes and Handbags:

  • Online purchases of full priced merchandise may be returned for full refund (not including shipping) within 14 days of when the package was delivered.
  • In store purchases of full priced merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase date.

Final Sale Items Can Not Be Returned.

The following are considered final sale and can not be returned:
  • All Sale merchandise 
  • Accessories, Fine Jewelry, Beauty, Special Order, International Orders, and Trunk Show Orders

    Additional Information:

    • Items altered, worn or stained will not be accepted for return.

    • All returned or exchanged merchandise must have tags attached including security tags. All returned shoes must be in original box with dusters and be unworn.

    • Please use a shipping carrier with tracking capabilities for returns.

    • Merchandise must be insured for the full retail price. Please handle and return with care to ensure contents are not damaged during transit.

    • Returns will only be accepted if RMA was issued and clearly written on outside of box, all others will be refused.

    • Furs, Evening Dresses and Gowns must be shipped via 2-day air to ensure no damage to product and expedite your return due to the value of the merchandise.
